Fitness Programs are designed based on the individuals needs and wants as far as how much weight they are looking to lose, how much lean muscle they are looking to gain, what they are looking to improve on as far as their overall physique, and how much time they can devote to the gym. Prior to designing any Meal Plan or Fitness Program I will conduct a Client Assessment and analyze every individuals current diet / eating habits, if they are allergic to any foods, if they are currently taking any medications, as well as if they have any limitations and or restrictions to any type of exercise or physical activity.
