​12 Week Weight Management Coaching Program:
 Program Includes:
*Initial Consultation to discuss your personal goals, body measurements, medical history, exercise history, current diet review (how you're currently eating now), personal restrictions or limitations.

*Customized diet / meal plan that will work well with your everyday lifestyle, goals and busy schedule.

*Advice on vitamins and supplement products.

*Complete customized training program with exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods included.

*Cardiovascular activity outlined to compliment your training program.

*Weekly Progress Check-in's - you will be required to submit progress photos on a bi-weekly basis and body measurements including updated weight information on a weekly basis.

*Unlimited Email / Text Messaging Support for the entire 12 weeks. I will monitor and track your progress and will conduct random Check-in's with you periodically.

*Adjustments may be made to the diet / meal plan and training program when necessary. Please keep in mind that this doesn't mean just because you haven't had a "refeed day" or "cheat meal" within a certain length of time that its "needed." As your Fitness Nutrition Coach i will provide you with the necessary "refeed" days when i feel that your body needs it.


        If at the end of your 12 weeks you are completely satisfied and would like to extend your program, we can discuss and negotiate a price.

ONE- TIME Personalized Meal Plan:

Program Includes:
*Initial Consultation to discuss what your personal goals are in regards to diet, weight loss and or weight gain "bulking" or want to add size to your physique by clean eating and putting on quality muscle mass without a major increase to your body fat percentage. My theory is this "If you want to get BIG, EAT BIG, if you want to get LEAN, EAT SMALL."

*You will be asked to provide me with a food log which will show me the types of foods that you are currently eating, along with medical history and any food allergies that you may have and any personal restrictions or limitation of any kind that pertains to food and nutrition.

*  Upon me receiving the aforementioned items this will allow me to start the design and customization of your diet / meal plan.  Diet is 85% of your results and as your Fitness Nutrition Coach i will design a high quality meal plan that will not cause stress, confusion or boredom. Eating healthy should be enjoyable, emotionally comfortable  and not dreadful. Most people fail to follow a diet because they are provided with a diet that is either not tailored to their needs, to complex and they are not educated on what are the best foods to substitute with. Their servings are not enough nor satisfying. I am here to educate you and show you that you indeed can eat more and lose weight and or gain based on what your goals are.
 
*Please keep in mind that this ONE-TIME Personalized Meal Plan does not come with any Email / Text messaging support. If you feel that you will need support we can discuss the rate for a specific number of weeks that you are seeking support for.
